- Violations worth 4 points: Reckless driving, improper passing on a hill or curve, and speeding by 24 miles per hour but less than 34 miles per hour.
- Violations worth 2 points can include possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage and failure to secure a load that results in an accident.
