Synopsis of Case:On or about November 2, 2013 at approximately 4:17 p.m., my client was operating his 2001 Honda Civic southbound on SR 400 the city of Dawsonville, Dawson County, Georgia. His wife and her son were his passengers. At the aforementioned time and place, the defendant was operating her 1989 Chevrolet GMT westbound on Carlisle Road in the city of Dawsonville, Dawson County, Georgia. At the aforementioned time and place, the defendant, while operating her vehicle at an excessive rate of speed and apparently not paying attention, negligently and recklessly attempted to cross SR 400 and collided head on with my client's vehicle. My clients sustained severe soft tissue injuries and several fractures.

Synopsis of Case:On or about June 28, 2012 at approximately 10:10 p.m., my client was operating his 1978 Yamaha XS750 westbound on Georgia 140 (Holcomb Bridge Road) in the city of Roswell, Fulton County, Georgia. His passenger was also my client. At the aforementioned time and place, the defendant was operating his 2010 Chevrolet Malibu eastbound on Georgia 140 (Holcomb Bridge Road) in the city of Roswell, Fulton County, Georgia. At the aforementioned time and place, the defendant, while operating his vehicle at an excessive rate of speed and apparently not paying attention, failed to obey a traffic control device and turned left and struck my client's motorcycle. My clients sustained severe soft tissue injuries and several fractures.

Synopsis of Case:At the time of the subject motor vehicle collision, Plaintiff was on his way home from his sister's house. Plaintiff was traveling on North Shallowford Road in a 1999 Cadillac Deville on the date in question. At or about the same time, Defendant was traveling on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard driving a 2009 Honda Accord. Plaintiff entered the intersection of North Shallowford Road and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard on a green light. Defendant disregarded the red light signal for traffic in her direction, entered the foregoing intersection in violation of the applicable law and caused a collision between the Plaintiff's vehicle and the Defendant's vehicle. Defendant claimed Plaintiff ran the red light. Plaintiff's sustained soft tissue injuries. A DeKalb County jury awarded Plaintiffs $100,100.00.

Synopsis of Case:On or about July 16, 2011 at approximately 9:45 p.m. my client, was operating her 2002 Jeep Liberty eastbound on Peachtree Corners Circle in the County of Gwinnett, Georgia. At the aforementioned time and place an uninsured driver was operating his 1999 Ford Ranger pulling out of a driveway onto Peachtree Corners Circle in the County of Gwinnett, Georgia. At that time and place the uninsured driver, while operating the vehicle at an excessive rate of speed, apparently not paying attention, without a driver's license, and under the influence of alcohol, negligently and recklessly t-boned my client's vehicle causing her vehicle to rotate and then flip over twice, damaging both sides of her vehicle, the windshield, and the roof. My client received a shoulder injury in this collision.

Synopsis of Case:On or about August 31, 2013, our client, was a passenger/invitee on an airline flight leaving Atlanta at 10:01 p.m. and arriving at Tallahassee at 11:00 p.m. As the flight attendant was offering refreshments, an uncovered, unsecured cup of scalding hot tea slipped off of the laptop tray and landed in our client's lap. Our client sustained third degree burns.
